22 Station Owners Association
Owner Payments to 22 Station
22 Station invoices and receives Owner Assessment payments digitally with an Owners portal and the BILL application platform. Owners benefit from not having to rely on the mail to receive and view statements and the conveniences of accessing information and transacting online. Owners can also use the 22 Station BILL application platform to receive and pay 22 Station, PVNC, and First Ascent invoices. As Owners “go totally paperless” and transact online with the 22 Station portal and BILL functionality, 22 Station benefits from lower expenses – less postage, less administrate labor expenses and bank fees for check processing, and less financial processing – which offsets other increases in Association expenses and pressures to increase assessments. Lastly, reducing paper helps the environment. Some Owners use banking bill payment applications to have checks written and mailed to 22 Station rather than writing checks and stamping and mailing envelopes. 22 Station still incurs labor and processing expenses to process these paper checks.
Using 22 Station BILL application platform to make payments
When receiving an email notification and invoice from 22 Station via BILL, Owners can click on the “Pay Invoice Electronically” link and establish a Customer Portal account or go the Owner's Customer Portal account if already established and review/pay assessments and other invoices.
For the capability to pay single or multiple Unit invoices to 22 Station, PVNC, and/or First Ascent from a single online account, Owners can create an online Basic Accounts Payable BILL account which has no fees.
