Town Hall Meeting with East West Hospitality

East West Hospitality will present at the Town Hall this Day of the Week, June x, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. PDT. as part of the summer series of Town Hall’s with Hotel/Rental Management Hospitality Companies. PVNC and 22 Station are providing an opportunity for Owners who have short term rental businesses to become informed of the East West’s capabilities and offerings that may serve Owners’ business interests.
East West Hospitality will present their hotel/rental management core competencies – marketing, demand and yield management, operations, customer fulfillment —and strategies including, but not limited to, engagement with condominium Owner/partners and how East West Hospitality would plan to compete successfully against hotels that Alterra/Palisades Tahoe plan to construct and may operate across the street.
Since East West Hospitality would possibly operate on 22 Station property, contribute a portion of hotel revenue/profits to the HOA for the benefit of all 22 Station Owners, and also provide property management services, East West Hospitality may be of interest to all Owners including those who do not rent.
After the Town Hall, you will have the opportunity to provide your preferences.
