Town Hall Meeting with CoralTree Hospitality
Tuesday, June 17, 2025 @ 4:00pm PDT
CoralTree Hospitality will present at the Town Hall Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. PDT, as part of the summer series of Town Hall’s with Hotel/Rental Management Hospitality Companies. Owners who have short term rental businesses will have an opportunity to become informed of the CoralTree's capabilities and offerings that may serve Owners’ business interests.
Kelly McCourt, Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, Maria Paladini, Senior Director of Revenue Strategy, and John D’Angelo, Managing Director Operations at CoralTree Hospitality will present CoralTree's hotel/rental management core competencies – marketing, demand and yield management, operations, customer fulfillment —and programs including, but not limited to, engagement with condominium Owners/partners and how they have competed successfully against hotels similar to the hotels that Alterra/Palisades Tahoe may construct and operate across the street.
Andre Fournier, Chief Commercial Officer, Dana Cariss, Senior Vice President of Revenue Optimization, Chris Kenney. Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at CoralTree, and Andre Premier, Managing Director, Everline will also attend and be available for Q&A.
Since CoralTree Hospitality would possibly operate on HOA property, contribute a portion of hotel/rental management revenue/profits to the HOA for the benefit of all Owners, and also provide property management services, CoralTree Hospitality may be of interest to all Owners including those who do not rent.
After the Town Hall, you will have the opportunity to provide your preferences.
