Property Manager -- Housekeeping 

22 Station contracts with Palisades Tahoe Hospitalitity (PTH) for housekeeping services to clean and maintain the Common Areas in Buildings 4 and 5.  PTH Housekeeping is on property 7:30am to 11pm daily.  Residential Owners may also contract directly with Palisades Tahoe Hospitality for housekeeping services  for the Residential Units for a fee.

Daily Housekeeping

Mop, vacuum, dust, touch up windows, empty trash in entries and lobbies 
Clean, mop, empty trash, restock supplies in public restrooms and spa showers
Vacuum, dust and mop hallways, elevators and elevator lobbies  
Vacuum, dust, clean windows, and empty trash in fitness rooms, children’s room and media room
Sweep and empty trash in entries and exits daily  
Empty trash and wipe table and chairs on spa decks

Weekly Housekeeping

Sweep and mop locker rooms 
Sweep spa deck three (3) times per week 

As Needed Housekeeping

Quarterly and as needed shampoo lobby and hallway carpets 
Hose down or mop entries and exits
Sweep, vacuum and dust stairwells 

PTH Housekeeping Team
