Kimo Bertram, Vice-President, Real Estate and Development at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts will present at the Hotel/Rental Management Company Town Hall Tuesday, June 10, at 4:00 p.m. PDT. Owners who have short term rental businesses will have an opportunity to become informed of the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts capabilities and offerings that may serve Owners’ business interests.
Mr. Bertram's presentation topics may include Hyatt's hotel/rental management core competencies – e.g., marketing, demand and yield management, operations, customer experience-- and Hyatt programs that extend the Hyatt brand to Residential Unit Owners and HOA's. The Hyatt brand and capabilities may benefit Residential Unit Owners who have short term rental businesses as Alterra/Palisades Tahoe have plans to construct and may operate hotels across the street.
Since Hyatt and/or a Hyatt partner would possibly operate on HOA property, contribute a portion of hotel/rental management revenue/profits to the HOA for the benefit of all Owners, and also provide property management services, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts programs may be of interest to all Owners including those who do not rent.
