On Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 4:00 pm PST, you are invited to attend a Residential Owners Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to present and review the terms of Alternative Lodging/Hotel Management and HOA Property Management Proposals. At prior Town Halls, lodging/hotel management companies Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, CoralTree Hospitality, and Springboard Hospitality introduced their capabilities. These and other companies have terms for the provision of lodging/hotel/HOA property management services including, but not limited to, annual payments to compensate Owners individually and the Associations for the use of Residential Units and the Common Areas/Association Assets, respectively. The purpose of this Town Hall is to recap/summarize the information from the prior Town Halls about Lodging/Hotel/Rental Management, present the proposals from the Hotel Management Companies, and have Owners provide feedback and answer the question:
At the Town Halls, Owners have been informed of possible hotel/rental management agent alternatives. After reviewing the information from this Town Hall, do the Owners request the Board to proceed with further discussions with Hotel/Rental Management Companies about their services and possible engagement and share the findings with Owners or are the Owners satisfied with maintaining the status quo, and the Board shall take no further action on this topic unless Owners request otherwise?
